LibAirty™ is a next generation,
home-use, airway clearance system
in clinical development to help patients
with chronic lung disease maintain
clear lungs with a short, daily,
proficient treatment.
LibAirty™ is based on a novel airway clearance method developed at the National Cystic Fibrosis Center at Sheba Medical Center. Our system is based on principles of airway physiology to enhance secretion movement to thoroughly clear even the smaller, most affected, and difficult to clear airways.
The system’s vest with its integrated sensors synchronizes chest compressions with controlled air delivery, utilizing a smart guidance app. This personalized treatment is designed to enable patients to effectively clear their airways with a short daily treatment, in the comfort of their home.
*LibAirty™ has not yet been cleared for marketing in the USA.

Synchrony’s LibAirty™ is designed to help patients with chronic lung disease, like Cystic Fibrosis and Bronchiectasis, keep their airways clear in the most productive manner available today, decrease treatment time and dramatically improve the quality of life of every patient.
Mucus build-up in the lungs not only makes it difficult to breathe, but it also leads to lung infection resulting in pulmonary exacerbations and repeated hospitalizations. These pulmonary exacerbations increase damage to the airways and further impair the ability to clear secretions. Effective airway clearance on a daily basis is needed to break this vicious cycle. LibAirty™ offers a new approach to improve upon the current airway clearance techniques and devices.
